I build new-generation teams that turn technology and data into new services, new products, and new business lines. Right now that work is inside one of Europe’s most regulated media environments — International Healthcare Media.
I am board-level at WEFRA LIFE — a 93-year-old, family-owned agency group in Neu-Isenburg. Before that I led pan-European programmatic at dentsu X, where I managed an EUR 18M P&L and the team won the Trade Desk Bid Factor award. Before that, programmatic activation at Amnet (dentsu). 11 years of buying media on machines, and the last five spent translating that practice into a P&L.
The role I take seriously is the intrapreneur — the person who industrialises a new revenue line inside an established firm without breaking the part of the business that pays the bills. It needs three things: a team that ships, a finance line that survives the first audit, and a CEO who has your back when the first bet does not work. I do all three.

- dentsu X — Group Head Programmatic Europe (2019–2021) · EUR 18M P&L across nine markets (DE, UK, FR, ES, IT, NL, BE, CH, AT). Trade Desk Bid Factor award.
- Amnet (dentsu) — Head of Programmatic Activation (2015–2019) · Built programmatic unit from scratch; 40% YoY growth. Team of the Year, Dentsu.
